The product arrived broken (at the basket part). I requested a replacement... the second one also arrived broken, again at the basket... I tried to assemble it anyway, but the cat tree isn’t stable... The round cushions don’t attach to the structure, they just keep falling off... For the price, I expected a cat tree that would last at least a while, but that’s really not the case... It’s a shame because it really was beautiful...

Saw several people recommending this cat tree for Maine Coons on Facebook, so I thought it would be a good buy. So far, only the kitten has used it, and I find the tree very unstable—I can't imagine our adult MC lying either in the hammock or on top 😅 It wobbles, is crooked, had lots of splinters sticking out of the wooden boards, and the beds are small. Overall, the quality of the tree we received is poor.

Worst cat tree ever. Supposedly for large cats, but my two Siamese destroyed it within a month. I've never had such a poor quality cat tree for this kind of price.

Unfortunately, even though this cat tree looks great, we haven’t had a good experience with it. Our cat got two deep cuts with splinters from the very sharp wooden edges (on the middle and upper levels). The cat tree itself is great, with plenty of space and sisal. But selling the wood so rough can end badly for pets – as it did for us. Otherwise, we’ve had very good experiences with Natural Paradise products.

I am not at all satisfied with the scratching post. You can really tell that the quality has dropped significantly compared to the old model. First of all, before you can even use it, you’d have to sand it down because there are splinters everywhere. The fabric is extremely thin and I doubt it would withstand a British Shorthair tom, especially the hammock. The tree wobbles even when just standing on its own and the wood is very thin – it would probably break quickly. On top of that, the sisal on the one we received already has defects.

The cat tree looks really nice and appears big with plenty of space. Unfortunately, even though all the screws were put in properly, it’s extremely unstable and wobbles a lot, so our cats hardly dare to use it. On top of that, the design is quite impractical and they find it hard to climb up. The top mat also doesn’t stick to the Velcro properly after a short time. All in all, we’re disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this cat tree.

It’s big, looks nice and is wide enough to support the weight of my Maine Coon, and just for that it’s great. However, the quality is mediocre at best. It arrived with defects, holes, scratch marks, pieces coming off, and the box part of the cat house was partly caved in. Just assembling the cat tree DESTROYS the wooden platforms. Screwing the scratching posts on, even without tightening, digs into the wood. Honestly, I just don’t get it.

After only about 8 months, the top post and the lying platform suddenly broke off while my cat was about to jump onto it. In the worst case, this could have caused injuries. On closer inspection, the plastic connecting part inside is completely broken, which points to poor material quality. For a product that is used by cats every day, the stability should be much better. I can’t recommend it, and I’d really like to add pictures here.
