Very disappointing
I purchased 2 of these, thinking they looked good and were a great idea. Unfortunately, even though they looked good when I first attached them to the furniture, they fell off after 1 day. I tried re applying them time and again, but they just kept falling off.

Doesn't stick to fabric or around corners
Unfortunately this didn’t stick at all to my couch. It holds for a couple of minutes, then curls up and comes off. I can’t even imagine how quickly it would come loose if my cats tried to scratch it. I’ve reused it now and put it on the floor, so at least it serves one purpose.

The cover itself is really sturdy and handles scratching from all our cats really well, but the Velcro is weak and doesn’t hold properly, so it fell off straight away. Now it sits on the armrests, it’s movable, but the cats still use it.

Wrong colour
It wasn’t beige but more like eggshell white or yellowish white, a really light beige at most. I thought it would be more sand, medium beige or dark beige. Now I have to send it back.

Terrible!
The mats fell off my fabric sofa after a very short time, or straight away when the cats tried to use them.

Weak adhesive?
I attached the mat to one corner with wood. It sticks really well there. But I can imagine it works less well on the sofa. Definitely only for protection, not as a scratching option.

Mistake
The idea is good, and that's about it. The scratcher doesn't stay attached to the side of the sofa. It was stuck on yesterday, and today it fell off. :-(
I'll have to try fixing it with a staple gun. Maybe that'll help :-)

Scratch protection mat doesn’t stick
I wanted to attach the mat to the couch – tried to fix it with the self-adhesive Velcro strips that came with it. Unfortunately, the Velcro strips don’t stick and the mat keeps falling off, so it’s not suitable for its intended use.
