My kittens love this product, and I think it looks excellent. My issue with it was in the construction part. The screws were really difficult to get in, and I had to scrape plastic off a lot of the pre-cut holes to actually get them to thread. The other issue I had regarding the building of it was the grooves cut for the shelving; one was too narrow so I had to alter it myself. It was a great product once it was built but putting it together was too much effort.

Great produc but difficult to assemble

It took me a good couple of hours to be able to assemble the tower but my cat has loved it since. Only prOblem is that the scratching pannels are running off, and dont seem to have been done in a way that a replacement can be bought/applied.
