TIAKI Nature Blossom Scratching Tree

I've had this scratching post for 3 months now and the rope is already coming loose and making a mess. The floor is covered in bits of fluff from the rope. I've had lots of scratching posts with my two cats, but I've never seen one wear out this quickly. It's a shame because it's a nice post to look at.

I thought it would be bigger and sturdier. I’d like to send it back.
