My cat requires a strict renal diet and only likes 2 types of renal food, so she is bored with the same food over and over again. I add Kattovit Renal Drink to her food and she loves it. She could lick just this drink but she obviously needs more substantial food, so I mix both.

At first, my cat, who’s stage 2 renal insufficient, didn’t like Kattovit. But I managed to get her to eat it. Maybe the Mirataz helped stimulate her appetite at the start. But now, even without Mirataz, she loves her Kattovit soup. She drinks a can a day, which keeps her well hydrated—essential for a cat with kidney issues. And even if your cat doesn’t have kidney problems yet, encouraging hydration to help their kidneys work is really important.

Great Alternative
