Feringa Classic Meat Menu Mixed Trial Pack - cat wet food

My cats are normally not very picky and they would eat most of wet food, but they hated this one. They would lick it a bit and leave it, no matter which flavor they got. So, I will not be buying again. Overall, the food had neutral smell, decent consistency with a bit of jelly and some pieces of potatoes and meat. There was a weird sand-like texture/sound when I was crushing it with fork... so, yeah.

Really good value for money however my cats didn't like the meat.

We changed to this food from Lily's individual trays, as recommended by a zooplus email, as t is considerably cheaper than Lily's but comparable quality. Both of our cats took to it straight away and leave clean bowls every time. They are fairly small cats and both eat 100g twice a day along with a top up Feringa biscuits. (We tried the sample pack before we committed to a full order)

My cats are on this plus Taste of the Wild dry food. They seem to prefer wet food but snack on the dry between meals. One of them had a lot of dandruff when we got her but since switching her food it is a lot better and her fur is much softer and shinier. I do find the product listing a bit confusing as there are so many pack variations.

I bought the trial pack as my cat is a fussy eater. The 6 x 200 grams trial pack came with one of every flavour. My boy devoured it every time. Really pleased to have found a good quality product that is good value for money. It looks like a paté sort of texture and it doesn't smell unpleasant too.

Bought this for its good reviews as it was suggested as a cheaper version of Animonda Carny. I find it much worth (by looks) and my cat agrees.

Fantastic quality food that my pair of cats scoff quickly and lick the plate! Great that there is a mix of different protein sources to stop the cats getting too fussy or becoming intolerant to one. After researching what best to feed them we've settled on a mixture of this fantastic quality tinned food from Zooplus (Feringa and Animonda Carny), Butchers Complete tins and a commercial frozen raw food. My cats are so healthy with amazingly shiny coats and bags of energy. The vet was impressed!

Having researched about 15 different grain free brands I chose this one based on the fantastic reviews. Great quality food, beautifully packaged but 1 cat would not touch it , it gave 1 a really upset tummy and the other was sick. Called Customer Services and the very lovely Mari has arranged to refund me for the cans i havent used...bonus as i have had the same result with James Wellbeloved grain free which i also tried. Thank you Zooplus !!

I have 6 cats and they all love this meat. Have tried a similar cheaper two previously but this brand was the winner. Looks to be good quality ingredients

I can highly recommend this cat food . It smells good and looks good. My 2 cats,( and 1 is a very fussy eater ) really love this brand. .Although this product is initially more expensive, it works out cheaper in the long run as there is no wastage, and my cats don't need to keep coming for food as it is so nourishing and filling.I highly recommend this product.

Started with feringa kitten food for our 2, which they absolutely thrived on. Gorgeous soft shiny coats. Now they are on the adult feringa and they continue to look beautiful. There is never an empty bowl!

I always payed a lot of attention to the food my cats eat, so they've always been on good quality food like Lily's Kitchen etc. Feringa is best choice for my cats. It's cheap, contains good ingredients (no grains, lot of meat, some veggies added) and my cats absolutely love it. I love it too! Their coats are very shiny, no tummy problems and they really like the taste. I always buy mixed pack and my cats like all available versions.

Even the least picky of my cats is obviously extra happy when this comes on rotation, and the most picky about licks the glaze off the dish. The pate is coarse enough to show decent quality meat with chunks of veg/herbs, it smells like "real" food too. Some varieties can be a little fatty but as a part of their diet it's not a problem - if it's too much it's in easily removed lumps. Overall a top quality food that's comparable to and often better than far more expensive brands.

This food ticks all the boxes and my fussy cat loves the poultry flavours. Her previous food was making her itchy and many other brands upset her tummy so we are both really happy with Feringa.

I chose the 200g tin mix to see if this was a food that would suit my kitten, he loved all apart from the trout flavour. I would definitely buy this brand in the future.

My cats are fairly picky but will accept this food as part of a varied diet. It's a little high in fat, so I balance it out with lower-fat supplementary foods. Only one little issue: I live in a country where summers are very hot. When temperatures reach around °30, contents seem to expand and there's a little food explosion whenever I open a new can. This does not happen with any of the other brands I'm using. Be careful not to get juice in your eyes!

with lots of jellies my cats love. then its grain free and free of any artificial coloring and addictive. its complete diet.

My older cat used to be on a dry-food diet that caused him health issues so I knew I had to swap to wet food ASAP and especially grain-free cat food - the more I read about it the more I found out about cat's nutritional needs and grain is really not part of it.(feline-nutrition.org) I was happy to find zooplus and Feringa, both my cats love it so much they keep shouting at me for food way before feeding time and love me so much afterwards. Their fur got shinier and generally they're just healthier looking cats. Thank you zooplus and thank you Feringa! :)

My 2 Maine Coons were fed on a conbination of Animonda Carny and other foods. Having tried out the (now) reduced price Feringa they are not fussed on Animoda Carny anymore. Seeing the quality of the Feringa food - Im not surprised! It comes in a coarse pate texture with some visable veggies. They gobble the lot. Its is also much more affordable now sold in multipack 12x400g. Having consulted the lable, and a vet, the ratio of offal to meat is good. The nutritional balance of the food is good too. The other brnads recommened by the vet are stocked by Zooplus, but unfortunately only on the Zooplus.de site. MACs and Granatada Pet are also supposed to be top quality, its a shame Zooplus.co.uk dont stock them!! HINT HINT!! I will continue to buy Feringa my cats love it.

I can say that I'm happy with this food—my pets eat it very willingly... Great product, I've been buying it for a while now and as long as they like it, I'll keep purchasing it... Well done to you at Feringa.

Finally, a cat food that has it all: the right consistency, smell, and a high meat content, plus natural additives like dandelion and carrot, and in the right proportions. I’ll definitely order again!!

A strange mix that cats don't want to eat. I don't recommend buying it.

My cat loves this brand and is really fond of this flavour. I switch up a few flavours so he doesn’t get bored, but this is definitely one of his favourites, along with the Turkey and Rabbit. I bought it for the ingredients and quality, however only one of my cats liked it, while the other is used to chunks in gravy. Recommended.

Taurine content is too low. My cat throws up after every Feringa meal.

Unfortunately, none of my 6 cats liked this 800-gram version because I noticed it had an excessive amount of spiny bits inside, which I hadn't seen in the 200-gram version. I had to throw away the opened cans.

The list of ingredients doesn't mention the percentage of bones included. I understand if one slips in by accident, but after four cans, it's clear to me that they're grinding up bones directly. Not only can I not recommend it, I actually advise you to stay away from this brand, as bones have also been found in other products. Feringa's quality has dropped dramatically.

My cat is quite picky and there are some flavours she eats straight away and others she doesn't, but generally they're a hit and the ingredients are excellent.

The cats hate this stuff. It's honestly even nastier than products from other brands.

They loved it! I've tried other brands, and while they were good quality, the tins were a bit tough—only pâté pouches, and these ones are super juicy. There was one they liked less, but that's just down to their own tastes. The tasting pack is brilliant for trying them out before buying the bigger ones and being able to choose. Definitely highly recommended!

None of my three Ragdolls like the chicken and trout variety. It's such a shame, especially after buying so many cans and now being stuck with them. I've tried everything to get them to eat it. I've mixed it with their favourite food and their wet snacks, but nothing works—they just won't eat it, unfortunately. I can't recommend this one.

Second box opened out of six, and second outright refusal! Just goes to show, there's no point trying to change boxes that are usually liked! (Luckily, I'm looking after the neighbours' cat while they're on holiday and she loved it.) As for me, I won't be buying it again, that's for sure. Texture is meh.

Neither of my two, who admittedly are a bit picky, nor the three neighbour cats, who usually eat anything, touched the food!

My tomcat consistently refuses to eat this food. We first tried the small pouches, which he liked. But these varieties are completely rejected, and he won't touch them even when he's really hungry. Because of this, I won't be buying the tins again.

My sphynx cat has been eating this brand of wet food since she was a kitten. She’s 6 years old now and still loves mealtime.
