Briantos Delicious Paté 9 x 300g - dog wet food

We've been buying this for a while in large packs, but our dog sometimes can't eat it because it's too big and tough. There are arteries and other unidentifiable things in it, and it's not pâté but coarsely ground waste meat. We won't buy it anymore. I took a photo but can't attach it here.

The consistency is like jelly, not very appealing. My dog ate it willingly in the afternoon, but in the evening he vomited. The same thing happened the next day. After that, I stopped giving it to him.
