Eukanuba Special Care Puppy Sensitive Digestion

Four stars only because the can was a bit too big for my puppy, but apart from that, all positives. I received the product to test and my first impression was that there’s plenty of food to last a good while. Opening the can became a little ritual that lured my dog in with its smell. The food is well tolerated and I haven’t noticed any negative effects from feeding it. I’m still in the testing phase, but if things keep going this well, this food will be a regular in our house.

Very satisfied with this puppy food. My little dog eats it with great appetite and comes running as soon as I open the packaging. I really appreciate its ingredients and the fact that it contains no artificial colourings, flavours, or preservatives. I haven’t noticed any significant difference in her coat or energy, but she tolerates it very well and enjoys it. I recommend it!

Wow, it went down like a treat. It looked a bit dry but that turned out fine. She smelled the chunks and was immediately interested. The only downside is that I find it too expensive for my big pup. I can't afford to pay for 5 or 6 cans a day. That's why only 4 stars. Lucky for my girl that we got to test it.

At first, my dog was really excited for the food, but he got bored of it pretty quickly and wasn’t as eager anymore. Still, his initial enthusiasm was unusual for him (he’s a bit picky), so that’s a plus. I didn’t notice any tummy issues. We had the food as part of a trial, and I don’t rule out getting it again in the future.

We got the chance to try out the food. Delivery was quick and we received 12 tins. Our youngest Goldie, just 18 weeks old, was the tester. The food has a nice texture and smells alright. The ingredients suited our little one well—he was always in good form and never had runny poo or diarrhoea. Our little fella enjoyed every meal, and the bowl was always licked clean. We're very happy with the food.

Nice practical tins, not too big and with fresh, friendly colours. Easy to open. Our dog was very excited when he saw and smelled the tins, he ate it well and with appetite. Switching to this food did cause a diarrhoea reaction, which I expected less with this food, since it’s made for dogs with a sensitive digestion. I definitely see it as a positive that the food doesn’t contain any added junk. We were glad we got to test this product.

I got to test 12 of these cans with special puppy food. Since I went in with no expectations, I was first surprised by how far it goes. Mixed with dry food, you get at least 2 servings. But even on its own, the puppy liked the food – though he did check it out first. It doesn’t smell strong, doesn’t have big chunks of meat, and is easy to divide up. There was one bout of diarrhoea after switching, but it wasn’t bad or long-lasting. Recommended.

The puppy has been eating this food for two weeks now. It's funny to watch him and see how much he enjoys it. When he's eating and getting to the end, he even growls a bit. He gets three meals a day, and we've estimated that our Jack Russell Terrier will weigh about 5 kg when fully grown. His muscle mass seems to have increased and his coat is shiny. However, we've noticed a few white hairs appearing on his neck. He seems very happy with this wet food instead of his usual kibble.
