Excellent product

My dog, 12.5 years old, really likes this food. It’s quite soft and comes in small pieces, so it’s easy to spread in the bowl. The meat content is just right, too.

Lean flavours like chicken & cranberry or rabbit & carrot are harder and more compact, because they have less fat. It depends on the dog – one eats it, the other is picky. The head meat & carrot / beef & pumpkin flavours are very fatty, the dog eats them more willingly, they’re softer and have a nicer texture. A downside you notice after putting it in the fridge – little fat balls and even a ring of fat at the bottom – there’s really a lot of fat in it.

Our Rottie-Lab mix, who has a sensitive stomach, tolerates this food very well and really enjoys eating it. The smell isn’t unpleasant and our dog feels great. Great value for money.
