Rocco Mixed Trial Pack 6 x 800g - dog wet food

Not happy at all, the title says it all.

I've been ordering for a long time—at first, the food was fine, but with later orders, it wasn't anymore... Makes you think it's done on purpose: good food at first, then worse?!? Do you have an explanation, or is this just a way to rip people off... Ordered the same rubbish from bitiba. When I asked about it, the response was very unfriendly and arrogant. The woman on the phone!!!!

My dog is an 8-year-old street dog from Thailand. This food gave him the worst diarrhoea of his life, including a brief bout of vomiting. Normally, he has a strong stomach, but he stood no chance here. I assume it's due to a very high fat content.

I've known Rocco products for years, but this set is terrible—every can looks and smells the same, and not in a good way. Both of my dogs, who aren’t fussy, got diarrhoea from the very first bite, and the German Shepherd as well. The dogs ate it eagerly, but we had to stop because of the diarrhoea. I guess it must have been a bad batch.

A good part has to be thrown away because there are quite a few pieces, both small and very large, of white fat that cover the bottom of the tin for a couple of centimetres, as well as mixing in with the rest of the meat in smaller pieces, making it difficult or impossible to remove them.

The food used to be better. There are a lot of fatty pieces in the tin now. It looks really unappetising and my dog doesn’t like it anymore either. I definitely won’t be ordering it again.
