I have used this heat pad for hamsters, rats, and guinea pigs. It has been adored by all. It is very easy to use. Just microwave, cover and place in cage. The price on this website is also very good for this.

We bought this product for our tortoise at night, she loves it and it does what it says, excellant price and fast delivery, would strongly recommend zooplus to anyone, no hassle service.

I've read conflicting views on this product but after buying and trying im pleased to say that it does work. I heat it up last thing at night at about 11pm for my outdoor rabbit in winter and its still warm at about 6 in the morning. No it doesn't stay warm for the 10hours stated but at least it stays warm during the coldest part of the night. I use it without the cover (as this was chewed and destroyed within an hour of placing it in the hutch) and just pack it under a load of hay and straw so she can sit on it comfortably. Make sure you follow the heating guidelines and turn it over half way through heating otherwise you run the risk of 'melting' the product. Im going to buy another one for this winter as they really are a brilliant way of keeping outdoor bunnies snug in the colder weather.

My new kitten loves this and cuddles up to it when she's sleepy. It stays warm for ages. I find the fleece cover it comes with is enough; I bought the plush cat pillow case too but she likes the pad enough on its own.

i have several of these, as not only for the cats, but every member of the family has one !!! they are great sitting watching tv, on computer chair and in bed too. in fact we have saved hundreds on the heating bills, as the heating is on very low, and we roast with these cosy pads instead BRILL !!

Does what it says. Value for money! I will recommend it to anybody.

I brought 2 of these for my guinea pigs to keep them lovely and warm during the cold weather. They are very hard and seem like they wouldn't be very comfy, but having said that, 1 of my piggies sleeps on top of it. I couldn't believe that they stayed hot for 10 hours, but they really do. A great product, money well spent and 5 very happy piggies.

Bought one of these for my cat and was surprised by just how long it stayed warm. My cat loves it. Decided to buy one for a poor stray my father is taking care of in his garden and had a bit of a mix up with the order. Zooplus quickly and without quibble sorted out the problem for me, so now I can highly recommend the snugglesafe and Zooplus after sales service.

I bought one of these and was surprised by just how long it keeps warm. It stays warm much longer than an ordinary hot water bottle but the material its made of is tough enough to withstand sharp nails or a bit of chewing. My cat lays on it all night and its often still warm in the morning. My father is taking care of a stray thats taking up residence in his garden and with this cold weather I decided to order a snugglesafe from Zooplus for him. There was a mix up with the order but Zooplus quickly and without any quibble sorted out the problem for me. I woul certainly recommend the snuggle safe heat pad its a great product and zooplus not only have a great range of products but excellent after sales service too

Got the snuggle safe heat pad for my boxer pup just before the cold snap hit... It's been perfect for her during the night to keep her cosy and warm... she loves it!

I've been using the Snugglesafe for a long time now and am still really pleased. There's nothing better for new-born kittens, and the mother loves a warm bed too. I "warmly" recommend it - it's good value as well.

i was really impressed by this product, it is actually better that advertised! it stays warm for at least 12 hours, and my siamese love it even though they turn their noses up at hot water bottles. the cover that it comes with is really good at keeping it at a safe temp (without it, it would be a bit too hot when it first comes out the microwave). although it seems expensive compared to a hot water bottle,it is well worth the money as it is very though!

I know £20 seems a bit steep but it is really a great investment. I bough one last winter and have started using it again this year to keep the chill off my bunnies. Heated for about 5 mins it keeps them warm all night and if you replace it again in the morning it lasts most of the day

I work at an animal shelter. We use these for our cats that are still too afraid to come inside! We use the heat pad in a small dog house outside for these cats. We warm it in the microwave first thing in the morning and then again in the evening as it gets very cold here at night. I would recommend this to every humane society or animal shelter as it is so easy to use!
