Excellent

Bought this after my whippet had an injury to her bicep that made it painful for her to lean down. She is fully healed now, but I like the fact she doesn't have to strain to eat. I got the 1.6L bowls for her and they're perfect (good and roomy) and easy to clean.

Not recommended

The design of this contraption is so poor and not as described: - it is not stable and slips on any surface - the bowls rattle in their supporting rings - removing the bowl used for water is almost impossible without spilling due to attachment clips position. The item has been given away.

Perfect stand and bowls

I bought this stand with bowls for my great dane puppy a year ago. It still looks like it was unboxed yesterday. All parts, paint and the bowls are still spotless. I'm really pleased and would highly recommend 👌 😊

Dog bowl stand with 2 stainless steel bowls

This product was easy to put together. However, the paint work wore quickly ( never left outside) which I didn't mind. This product only lasted two weeks as it was not strong enough to withstand two Bernese Mountain Dogs .

Very good

Bought the medium sized bowls for my 6 month old german shepherd. Good size and stable holder. Easy to put together. When full the bowls tilt a bit but don't make a mess

Reasonably happy with this

I bought this stand for my 11 year old Setter who has developed mega-esophagus and now needs to eat from a height. I ordered the medium sized version which is a perfect fit for a Setter sized dog. My only criticism is, that the stand is very light-weight. Heavier metal would make it much sturdier; there would be less danger of it tipping over.

Bought this product almost a year ago and still looks great ans serves it's purpose. It could be a bit more sturdy.

Good BUT…

The product is good, it's just a shame it arrived damaged even though it was packaged. There's already rust, and right on the tip (where it's clearly visible) it looks like it's been repainted, but in a way that's completely different from the original colour design of the product!

Wouldn't really recommend it

The frame has a curved edge so the bowl has to be wedged in. But this edge means that when you take the bowl out and put it back in, it gets stuck and the contents of the bowl keep spilling or falling out.

Needs a bit of tweaking

I really like the feeder itself. For my American Akita, I ordered the biggest bowls available, over 4 litres, and when I fill the water bowl it tilts because the metal ring can't handle the weight. They should have thought about making the structure strong enough to support the food and water with the litres it’s meant to hold.

50cm size

A few years ago we bought the first one, our 20kg, 15-year-old dog uses it. We only use one side of it (it’s stable like this too), the side with water, and on that side the ring bends outwards a bit, but it’s not bothersome at all. The product looks exactly the same as when it was new (the paint hasn’t chipped off...), we use it indoors. We just bought the second product, and its quality is exactly the same as the previous one. When I opened the new product from the plastic packaging, the bag had a musty smell.

Defective

I couldn't screw the stand together because one of the holes in the vertical metal rod isn't in the middle. I couldn't connect the feet of the stand to the rod. The screw was crooked and wouldn't go into the hole, probably because the hole for the screw wasn't drilled precisely at the factory.
