Trixie Palm Leaves Cooling Dog Mat

I've had Trixie cooling mats several times before and was always satisfied. That's why I chose the pretty design this time. This version doesn't deliver what it promises. The mat is thinner than the previous designs and seems to contain less cooling gel. Also, the cooling gel shifts easily and can't be restored to its original shape permanently. There's no mat separation like in other versions. This is a problem with both the small and large mat.

The description of this item doesn't mention that there's coolant inside the mat. When it arrived, it turned out there is. I thought I had ordered a mat without coolant, one that cools through body contact. So I won't be using this mat, I'm far too worried it might leak.
