Stepway Pet Stairs review
It is good quality item.
Easy to set up, all you need is small hammer, few nails only.
Looks very good beside our bed.
And most importand our Norfolk Terrier is very happy with it.
I can recommend this item :-)

Didn't know I had to Assemble it but it does the job
I had no idea (until it arrived and then I went on the website and read it) that I had to assemble it myself. It is easy to assemble, yes but it was very hard when putting the fabric cover.
It works, it does the job and it is sturdy which is the most important.

Nice chipwood stairs
Chipwood stairs that you assemble with provided nails. I used wood glue aswell.
Small stairs for small dogs (3kg frenchie) is using it to climb sofa. Velcro stripes on steps are used to secure the cover. Really nice.

Difficult and unstable
I found this product impossible to construct alone, it said there are screws included and no hammer is required, there are very small nails and a hammer is most certainly required, there are no screws at all. Nails going into cheap chipboard as anyone knows will soon loosen and the entire set of steps will fall apart, this set of pet steps is certainly NOT stable in any way. The description of these steps in the advert is not true and I cannot recommend them to anyone that cares about their pet.

It broke with normal weight cats
I bought the bigger version around 1 year ago to match the height of my bed. I had the smaller version before. My cats are normal weight and use is as it is attended to use and 1 loves to sit on top. Today when moving it to change bedding I realised the lowest step broke in the middle and can’t be put bavk into place. Mdf is very thick and sturdy but my cats do not use it at the same time and weigh around 4 kg. What would be like for a dog? Ordered already new steps.for a lower price

A Two Person Job- Turns Out Excellent!
I got the larger steps so that my little Jack Russell /Chihuahua cross could reach the bed, she gives it 5 stars! It is definitely a two person job as it doesn’t stabilise until it is completely put together , you need someone to hold it as you assemble it. Other than that it is sturdy, the cover fits perfectly and now I am thinking about getting another one so she can get up on my armchair. She only needed a few training times with a little incentive of a treat to get the idea on how to use it,

Item arrived broken
The item arrived damaged, having broken through the first box. The wood chipping has been broken and crumbled on corners so badly that I'm not sure it could take the mechanical stress of nailing into it to assemble the item. And now the soft covering has splinters and bits of chipwood stuck in it. Currently waiting on customer service to help me rectify this.

Great
I should have opted for the bigger size,I own a medium collie. It does the trick though. I thought the cover was too small but I had the steps the wrong way. Easy mistake, I see other comments mentioning it.

Bad parts
The components would not fit together properly, I had to cut pieces out from the joints and had to screw it together to make it sturdy.

Disaster. Do not buy
I was disgusted with this prododuct. It is an MDF Flat pack kit so badly designed it couldn't even be be put together. It uses small tacks to hold it together that would not support the weight of any dog. I wouldn't even get my 5 kilo dog to test its safety. Its the first item from Zooplus that I have been disappointed in. Their quality is normally excellent on their goods.

Pet Stairs
Sturdy steps but I'd have liked the steps to be wider. This is a flat pack product so took a bit of assembly. The cover doesn't fit, it has to be really stretched just to reach over the bottom step and it's too small and tight to zip the cover up. We'll have to glue it to the bottom step. It comes about 3 quarters of the way up our bed and so far our elderly cat has ignored them.

Stairway to heaven
These steps works perfectly for our aging dog as she was struggling to get up on her pouffe
She bypasses it occasionally but 90% of time uses it to get up and to come back down - we are very happy with it!
It assembled very easily & the cover stays in place

Perfect steps for an ageing dog
These steps work very well for our dog, it took just a few attempts for her to take each step instead of bunny hopping them
Now 5 days later & it’s like the steps were always there for her (See photo)
The steps were easy to assemble
I think these steps are ideal for small/medium size dogs, prob not work with large dogs

Good value
Just received this product and it just took 20 mins for myself and my daughter to put it together you get an Allen key with the screws. The cover is lovely however it is too small for my bichon she is 13 years old and I wanted it for her to be able to get up and down the sofa on her own I would recommend this but it might be better suited to a very small dog it's a pity it doesn't come in a bigger size as I would definitely buy it again

Ditched the cover & painted them for my Bunny
Assembled within minutes and great size for my rabbit, a little too small for my shih tzu in my opinion. I didn't use the soft cover and instead painted the MDF and used DC Fix sticky back plastic for grip.
