I ordered the medium for my two cats. It is huge!. Excellent value. It can so easily double up as an igloo bed too.

The "small" size is too big for the transportation of one little dog weighing around 5lbs to the vet. I note that the firm that produces them does an X small but you don't seem to stock it; if you should find one for me I would be grateful. I am more than pleased to find that this one is was so easy to set up, light in weight and pleasing colours for two or three of my dogs and good value for the occasional use.

this travel pen is excellent value for money, and totally does what we need it too, the 3 dogs love it, its so cosy that they even jump in during the day time, if it is up at home. So quick and easy to put up and put away, very sturdy even though it is made from material. Would highly recommend this item. We bought a medium size pen and it is ideal for our 3 small dogs.

I bought this for my cats for transporting, and was unsure about the size until it arrived. It's very roomy inside. I have a large bengal, and a small bengal, and I think they will both fit in there comfortably. The only issue may be the mesh windows. I've heard other people complain that cats chew through it and escape - one of mine seems to be the type to do that. It would all depend on your pet's temperment really. It might be best if they could use cat mesh for this (regardless of animal - most animals chew).

I used this to transport my cat, Trixie, all the way from London to North Yorkshire on public transport! As it's large it meant she had to have a whole seat to herself but it gave her plenty of space to move around and the window flaps are brilliant for either letting her see what's around, or help her hide away. I like that you're able to fold it away although I leave Trixie's out as she can use it as a den. The pocket on it is really useful too. I use it to hold any paperwork needed at the vets and for tissues in case of any little accidents. My only criticism is I don't think there's enough ventilation in it, even with the side flaps open as it can get quite warm inside. But overall I definitely recommend this for your kitties or very small dogs because it's sturdy and gives plenty of space to prevent any claustrophobia anxieties.

I ordered this for one of my two cats as she was terrified of the pet carrier we had. She took to it straight away and so did her sister, so much so that I had to order a second one as they were fighting over it. They are now using them at night to sleep in which is great for us as up until now they have never slept in their cat beds and would sleep on our bed every night. Would highly recommend this box for any pet.

I bought the large size for my collie Molly as I wanted something lightweight for her to travel in the campervan. Previously I've used a metal crate but found it difficult to lift in and out. I wasn't sure if Molly would like being in a much darker crate but she took to it straight away and happily sleeps during journeys. The crate is lightweight, seems pretty tough and is very easy to pack away, ideal for campervans and anywhere else where space is at a premium.

Great, much nicer than expected, have two min Dachshunds that fit into it together.. Excellent product and service with quick delivery.

Folds up easily, good quality, Great size, removable inside bottom for washing, good for going in the car... All in all a very good product!

Just purchased two of these, one for the kitchen and one for the car. My bichon puppy adores them and sleeps a full 10 hours at night, at just 7 weeks, in the kitchen - something we thought impossible as our last bichon cried all night unless he was in our bedroom with us! It's brilliant for travelling in the car and he just settles straight down to sleep. Really impressed with the quality and ease of collapsing if required. Thinking of buying a third one to keep at my daughters house for visits!

This is brilliant,i was in two minds not knowing what it will be like and the size of it but it has just come and it is bigger than i thought it will fit both my cats in and still have loads of space and i have two fully grown pedigrees and one of them dont like being squashed and likes to see out and this has big windows on 3 sides plus you can close them too if needed so all in all great buy !!

I bought the large crate for 2 min schnauzers. They have more than enough space which is good as they will be travelling with us in it. There is room for toys/chews and stretching. So easy to put up - just close two zips. Is probably higher than I wanted (space wise) but if outside light rain could run off slope rather than sit on flat roofed crates.

I bought the medium size carrier for transporting three kittens. its sturdy and airy and its great that they can see through the windows - the biggest plus for me is that it folds flat so no taking up lots of room. Worth the money!

Really easy to assemble and put away. Easily fits back into the bag when finished using. 12 week old kitten loves it, had to prise him out as its only for vet visits. 50% off also a bonus at £19.90. Kitten cannot get out when secured :) Overall fantastic

very pleased with this item.my friend recomend it to me. My cat loves going in it. Very stylish and has loads of room inside for my cat to move around i also like the fact u can hav the window shield up or dnwn to make the pet feel safe.

I was looking for a carrier which allowed me to carry the bag on my shoulder as sometime I have problems holding a standard carrier when walking up to the vets. When the product arrived, I was surprised at how easy it was to assemble. Quick zip up and it was done! My cat actually prefers this to the old carrier I have and I've found it's more roomier too. Great having the handle on top and the shoulder strap and so easy to store away when not needed. Fantastic purchase and much easier to travel with. The fluffy pad inside can be unzipped from the foam to allow for washing. This carrier is a great move away from the old fashioned carriers and I'm really pleased with it. Money well spent!!

This carrier is great, light and looks very comfortable and inviting. We will be picking up our new kitties in this next week. I only bought the small size but it is plenty big enough. Great value and quality!

Bought this item for very car sick Jack Russell/Shih Tzu to travel in the car on her first holiday. On opening the box and zipping the carrier up - Jessie was straight in and seemed to enjoy it. She slept in the carrier quite happily to our holiday cottage - It didn't stop the car sickness but she was quite content to be in her carrier. The item is easy to set up, easy to store and the fleeced mattress included is a lovely touch - My only complaint is that the base is not very stable and when you life the item to carry it - she did get a wee bit distressed but only until she got used to it. I now place a few newspapers in the bottom of the carrier for added stability and then put the bedding in - heartily recommend it.

I am very pleased with this product, my Papillon x Chihuahua loves it and I have to drag him out in the morning. It is very big probably for a much larger dog, but he loves the space and all three of my toy dogs can fit inside.

I am delighted with this item. I purchased the smallest size and it easily accommodates my large Persian cat. It was easily assembled and he immediately jumped into it, settled himself down and has been asleep in it ever since. I may have to order another one for my smaller moggy as it looks like sharing isn't going to be an option!
