We were initially delighted with this product. Our little dog is very happy iin it. We don't use it that much for travelling as she gets car sick so it mainly stays in the kitchen with one side totally open and she uses it as a bed. The problem we have is with the Zips, they only lasted 3 months before they broke. And they were rarely used and had no excessive pressure ever applied. So while it is still useful as a bed we will have to buy another crate for travelling.

Delivered quickly (as Zooplus products always are); well packaged. Very good quality. Material is strong and held in place by sturdy supports. I put it up in about ten seconds! Pockets on the outside are handy for a water bottle and spoons etc. Top opening is great for lifting the dog in and out. I use it as an indoor crate and occasionally for travelling, for my Yorkie pup. It's a bit big (medium size) and I wish they made a smaller one. I'd buy it like a shot!

I'm using this portable pet home, as a travel bag for my dog. She is sitting so nicely in the car in her new space. I ablosutely love it. The quality is good, the size is just perfect for my english bullog and it seems like she likes to spend there some time when she is using it at home as well.

This is the first time I have written a review but this product is worth it. Slightly difficult to locate the cross bars into their slots but otherwise child's play to assemble. The material is substantial and well put together with three of the sides and the top being able to open by zips. More to the point it (medium size) was well received by the user - our basset claimed it as his from the moment it was put up! One of our best buys.

I am so pleased with this lovely portable pet home for my Shitzu Harry! It is beautifully made and so much nicer than the one Pets at Home offer that is twice the price!!! Thank you so much. It even came with a lovely treat in it. I am really delighted with it. Wendy Goodman x

We bought one of these portable crates in hopes our younger dog would take to it, she was not happy staying in strange places. We were so impressed we bought a second for our older dog. We are using the Large crates for a smallish Labrador and a Labrador cross. The fact that they open three sides makes them really easy to use in a confined space such as a tent or hotel room. They are easy to assemble and reasonably light and small to fit in the car. I added a piece of vet bedding and our younger dog suddenly understood that the crate is her safe space, anywhere we are and has taken to it really well. Well made, excellent value for money product.

In the car, it's the compact version, but outside we can unfold it to almost double the size – the dog can stretch out fully. You can even put up the divider in between, so a smaller dog can fit in the nook too :) Doors on both the short and long sides, and even on top. 25kg female dog, perfect. The assembly was a bit tricky (the poles didn't click together very easily), so it's not for me if I need to fold it often, but the frame is sturdy.

I bought it second-hand to try it out, expecting that my Beauceron puppy would tear it apart in no time. But he’s been giving it a good beating and the crate doesn’t have a single scratch 👍 I really appreciate that all the zips have clips to secure them.

Bought this for a long car journey, for my cat so he can stand and move around comfortably. The crate is bigger than I expected but it's wonderfully spacious and sturdy (at least for my cat).
