We were initially delighted with this product. Our little dog is very happy iin it. We don't use it that much for travelling as she gets car sick so it mainly stays in the kitchen with one side totally open and she uses it as a bed. The problem we have is with the Zips, they only lasted 3 months before they broke. And they were rarely used and had no excessive pressure ever applied. So while it is still useful as a bed we will have to buy another crate for travelling.
