My puppy chews a bit on zippers – and finally managed to break the zipper on the previous crate after almost 4 months. So we ordered this one as a replacement, but here the zipper was completely ruined by day 2, even though the puppy chews less on this zipper than on the last crate! Disappointing... Still giving 2 stars since the rest of the crate seems fine, and it probably would have lasted longer if you don't have a puppy.
