The coat arrived and was too big. After contacting the customer services they told me to donate the coat to a local dog charity and they would send me a size smaller with no extra costs. You can't say better than that. Fab service. The coat looks great. I can't say it works well as we've not tried it but it does look exactly as shown and also the quality of the fabric is very good.

for guidance, sizing can be subjective. XL40 fitted my age 5 'breed standard' female Staffordshire BT, like a corset! Within an hour of my having notified Zooplus they confirmed a refund would be credited to my bank and that I should donate my order of two coats to a local animal charity, which I will. I am extremely impressed with the manufacture of the coats, the prompt service and the incredible generosity of Zooplus. I will order a larger size. Many thanks.

Ordered my cocker the xxl which turned out to be a little oversized emailed them straight away through their website and within several hours I received the most amazing email explaining that there was no need for me to return the item and reimburse my money accordingly and I can choose to donate the dog coat which I thought was absolutely brilliant!!!!

I have 2 Schnauzers & live in a very rural farming area so my dogs are always getting wet & muddy. I searched for ages to find something suitable without costing a fortune. The Mint jackets are really good, easy to fit, good sizing and very good quality for the money. My only problem is that the elasticated cuffs were a tad loose, especially for Nellie who is only 7mths but I just sewed a few stitches to reduce them. Now I only have to rinse their paws instead of having to bathe them everyday!

Speedy delivery of this coat. My pup wasn’t overly impressed initially but cant recommend it more highly. Really waterproof and keeps my pup warm. Thank you Zooplus.

It is a Joy to take the dog out in bad weather as I know when I get home I don’t have to get her clean just take the coat off which is very easy and hose it on the outside to get mud off and then put in washing machine. Wish I had brought I long ago

This is more a review for the wonderful customer service at Zooplus .... having purchased this product for my shih tzu it arrived on time and looked to be of excellent quality. I ordered the correct back length for him but the legs were too long. I contacted customer services to return the product for a refund and was told the refund will be credited to my card within 5 days and to give the jacket to a pet charity instead of returning it to Zooplus ..... what a wonderful company you are.

Ordered this jacket as my puppy has little fur so often gets cold when on walks. Medium fit him perfectly!

Keeps a lot of the mud off the underside. Great value for the money and easy to wash and dry. Only thing that could be better is the leg length but overall a great coat.

I would just like to mention, that although initially on receiving my pooches new attire, I was pleased, however, unfortunately the "elastic" on the top pull toggle has all but pulled apart, so I'm disappointed in the longevity of these overalls!! Perhaps it might be a good idea to have extra strong elastic sewn into these coats, especially for those that have odd size whereby the elastic in the pull toggles have to be put to maximum setting, so to speak. Leg length is too long also.

Very pleased, great coats - good quality easy to put on. Good fit and makes cleaning them so much quicker after they have been out running in fields.

Bought 2 of these suits in size 45 for my cavachion but it was too big so I contacted Zooplus who arranged to have to have the parcel uplifted from my home the next day. Replacements in size 40 arrived 2 days later and fit perfectly. Excellent customer service and quality product.

I have the old version of this coat and I have arthritis,can I sugest leaving the zip up a couple of inches when putting the coat on just thread the back legs in one at a time then put the frount ones in and finish closing the zip.works great and kinder on my hands.I have had these coats for several yrs and they are great

Easy to put on, handy that zip is along the top. Not going to pretend my Labrador is a fan - she was fine initially but then when she realised I was being serious she was hesitant to walk, but after some posh trotting she was galloping through puddles & zoomies all over! I bought 5XL for my labrador & happy with the size, highly recommend :)

It offers a wide protection against rain for my Golden Retriever.Its easy to dress, the dog accepted to be dressed and can do all his movements easily I purchased 6 XL and it fits ok, slightly large (my dog has 38 kg). I recommend (only) for the rainy days.

Best Buy ever. Our Labradoodle used to get so wet and dirty after being out in the bad weather it was a nightmare having to wash and dry him after his walk. Now only his feet need washed!!! I am about to buy another one to use when his first one is in the wash.

Just recieved this simply fab new jacket for our little Malshi Poochy, who because she's a smaller breed dog, with little legs, is lower to the ground & unfortunately soaks everything up on her under carriage like a sponge during wet weather. This superb little jacket fits her great & looks really snazzy too, can't wait to try it out during the rainy/snowy/frosty days, as I'm sure it'l keep her under carriage muck free & keep her lovely & toasty during any cold snap. Bonus:- She'll look fab too!
