TIAKI Harness Neoprene - Green

I bought this harness in size S and then M for my puppy as he grew, and I had the same problem both times: the neck opening isn’t very adjustable and is too wide for slim dogs who need the smallest chest width of the harness. Both times, I had to wait for my puppy to grow before I could put it on him, even though his chest measurements were fine. On the other hand, once the minimum neck size fits the dog, I find the harness comfortable for the dog and good quality.
