kooa Claw Clippers

One of the two handles literally broke in my hand the very first time I used it. I can't ask for a refund because I got it as a gift, spending (a lot) of zoopoints. I don't have any polite words to express what I think. Looking at the broken part, you can see inside that the metal core only goes up to the spring, the rest is fragile plastic, as if it were mixed with sand. I'm addressing Zooplus: remove it from sale, you'll look much better for it.

Didn't work even once; broke on the very first try.

This claw clipper was too blunt right from the start. It barely cuts my dog's black, tough claws. You can only use it with a lot of force, but then it crushes and splinters the claws rather than cutting them, which is very uncomfortable for dogs. Not recommended.
