New – worked great. I managed to groom my 10 dogs three times and then the blade gave out. That’s normal with that many trims. On the smallest attachment, one tooth broke off – it happens. Unfortunately, the company kooa doesn’t sell replacement attachments (!) separately. I bought a substitute, one of the best, and also ordered a new blade (specifically made for this clipper by kooa). Unfortunately, neither the attachment nor the NEW blade are suitable even for the thinnest hair.
