The kennel in the picture looks perfectly fine. But after unpacking and assembling it, it turned out that the quality is definitely not the best. The frame is faulty in several places (not damaged). The joints are inaccurate, and it needed extra work to fix. The paint on the frame is terrible—looks like it was just quickly brushed over once, doesn’t cover anything, and looks sloppy. The door was sagging, wouldn’t close, so we had to unscrew it and reinstall it higher up. We were disappointed—maybe we just got a dud, but we needed it urgently.
