I received my package in 8 days … very quick. I am relatively happy with the dog house but there was a few cracks and chips on the wood. That being said nothing to compromise use just takes the look off it. Easy to put together done it on my own In 30 mins.

Bought this as a Christmas present for our stray cat who had been using a cramped rabbit hutch to sleep in. Ummed and ahhed about buying the small or large but the small is perfect.The bed area is big enough for his medium sized heated pad to go in so he's warm, dry and happy. Easy to assemble and sturdy when complete. Well worth the money.

Easy to assemble. About half an hour at most. Lightweight. Totally waterproof as it has been through a good spell of rain and it remained dry. Ideal for a small dog. The only problem I have is that there is no insulation so the cats don't use it at night. (my dog was too big for it) My advice is to put some insulation in it before you put the roof on - some polystyrene for example but it does need some as the wood is thin. I put heavy tiles on the roof for insulation but it wasn't successful.

Very impressed with this Kennel. My two beagles fit perfectly in the large. The quality is better than I expected for the price (although its now dropped by £10, on delivery day!!!) We restrained it black, and laid carpet for comfort. Very happy

EWasy to put together and beautiful. this is an outdoor house for my cats when they need it. It also looks low maintenance! I am really content with my purchase.

The hut arrived quickly. It looks pretty good; I bought it for my tomcat’s 14th birthday. Unfortunately, the wood is a bit thin, so I’m curious how long the hut will stay sturdy. The assembly kit is a bit of a hassle because the instructions don’t really explain which boards go where. (Made in China) It took me about 3 hours to put it together. That’s definitely not fun. But I was happy to do it for my cat, and he took to the hut straight away.

We insulated the little house with Styrodur and cork and installed a window. I also gave it a fresh coat of paint. For my cat, it’s become a cosy spot where she can now watch the garden when it rains.

The product is absolutely terrible... All the holes were in the wrong place, I had to redrill every single one myself, and I’m a woman. I could have even overlooked that, but the fact that one side of the roof is smaller than the other is just unacceptable. After all the hassle, I thought I’d keep it if they just sent me a new roof. No, they can’t do that, they’d rather send a partial refund by international transfer. I gave them an account specifically for international transfers, and they told me they can’t transfer to that!
