Alpha Spirit Whole Ham Bone - dog snacks

I bought this one as well as the vacuum-packed one. The vacuum-packed one is great, no issues at all, I recommend it. But this one is very salty and my dog had diarrhoea like never before. He was really, really, really sick! I’d post a photo as an example but that’s not allowed.

This bone breaks into lots of tiny, extremely sharp splinters when chewed, which can seriously injure the dog internally.

The bone went mouldy even though it was still within its expiry date. I kept the product in a dry cupboard and never opened it. I submitted a complaint and got nothing but silence. I didn’t even receive confirmation that my complaint was received!! It’s embarrassing how you treat your customers and animals. I will never order anything from this company again and I’ll warn my friends too. Disgraceful!

Another time, the package arrives with moldy bones. This isn’t the first time—it’s happened before, and last time I spent weeks fighting for a refund. This time, for 20 zł, I won’t bother stressing out; they went straight in the trash. To Zooplus customer service, if anyone’s reading this, please—check the quality. If the bone is supposed to be in a sealed package, don’t send bones in damaged packaging where you can see green mold from a mile away. Seriously. I’ve reported this to Alpha Spirit, because the number of faulty deliveries is way beyond acceptable.
