Rocco Chings Originals Beef - dog snacks

Contrary to the seller’s description, the product contains PRESERVATIVES. The seller SHOULD have informed the buyer about this. I feel cheated.

Hi, the duck breast comes with a sort of blackish colour, like it’s gone off, way too dry, like it’s been sitting around for ages, and it didn’t agree with my dog. I gave it to him twice and both times he got diarrhoea, it just seems off.

Thought it would be convenient instead of fresh meat with the kibble during the holiday, but unfortunately my dogs didn’t react well to it and ended up with diarrhoea.

I used to order regularly, my dogs loved it. But with a minimal change in packaging, the quality has changed a lot. Maybe they changed the technology, but it’s much drier, chunkier now and they won’t eat it. I’d be happy if the old quality came back.

We've been feeding these sticks for years, but with the last delivery (12 bags), almost all of them were broken pieces. Just small bits, that's really not acceptable.

I ordered them in March, but since I didn’t need them until today (still had some bags left), I hadn’t opened the delivery box. And what I saw wasn’t Chings in strips, it was just tiny bits, like leftovers packed up. For that much money, it’s outrageous.

My dog loved it, but unfortunately the quality has really gone downhill. Now it’s just broken pieces in the bag. I was able to return the item, but sadly I never got any response from ZooPlus.

Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill over the course of my orders: The Chings, which used to be quite moist and flexible, arrived completely dried out in my last two orders, so now you can only crumble them up and use them as tiny treats. Our dachshund just turns his nose up at them now. A real shame for the money.

The quality has changed for the worse. Completely dry, crumbly treats. Our "prince" – dachshund Alfred – won't eat them anymore. Such a waste of money.

For years we've been ordering the value pack of 12 x 250g chicken breast strips, and up until now everything was grand. Unfortunately, the last pack was just bits and crumbs. We won't be buying this product anymore. Pity.
