Rocco Natural Dried Cows' Ear - dog snacks

I've been ordering cow ears for my dogs for years. The size of the ears was always fine. But for the past few months, the ears have gotten smaller—they're tiny, except for maybe 2 or 3 big ones. You pay for 100 ears, but if you paid by weight, you'd get at least 200 ears! It's not right and I hope this changes. Otherwise, it's just not worth the price.

Sold as cow ears, but three-quarters of the 100-piece bag are no bigger than pig ears, and some are even smaller. Nothing like what was advertised. I won’t be recommending this product in the future (luckily, I ordered a 100-piece bag by mistake when I actually wanted a 30-piece one).

I've been buying them for 2 years and they used to be quite big, but now they're super small and my pets eat them really quickly... such a disappointment.

Good taste, it doesn’t have a strong smell, and my dog likes it. It doesn’t last long because they’re not whole ears, it’s mostly just the upper part of the ear.

Total waste of packaging and/or misleading customers. The chewing fun doesn’t last long either, and some of the ears seem to come from mini cows or calves. Luckily, it was just a trial value pack, but I’m still really disappointed!

For my first order I was happy, but with my second order the packets are a lighter blue and the ear pieces are much smaller and different, so for me it’s not the same product! Yet they only show one type from this brand. 10, 30 or 100—thankfully I got 30 and not 100!

We’ve noticed that the ears keep getting SMALLER AND SMALLER. I have a Rottweiler… one ear used to last at least 10 minutes before… The last batch in particular. Eggshell white colour, almost a third of the size compared to when we first started buying them.

These ears are part of my monthly parcel because all my dogs love them, every single time. They’re easy to digest and good quality. BUT my female dog eats her ear in 5 minutes (and she’s not even rushing!!) when it’s supposed to keep her busy for longer. Granted, she’s a big dog (Spanish Mastín), but the size used to be bigger before, and the treat lasted a bit longer. The size keeps getting smaller every year… On the other hand, prices are shooting up for all the treats…

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I just had to share this. Out of the 10 ears, 5 were huge and 5 were so small you could hardly recognise them as ears. Won’t be buying again. Such a shame.

Sometimes you get big, nice ears (good value), but other times it’s just rubbish!
