In the picture it still shows with its hermetic zip, but what I got was just a regular sealed bag, nothing more... Now it seems like only Advance is still making bags with zips.

My dogs love this food and they’re looking great on it. I’ve bought it a few times now, but Zooplus has changed the packaging. They’ve taken away the zip thing that used to seal the bag and keep the food fresh. When I opened my latest 12kg order, the sides of the bag split and kibble went everywhere—so less food for me and no way to close the bag = money down the drain. I got onto Zooplus about it and they wanted photos to prove I wasn’t making it up! I sent them on but haven’t heard a thing back. So I’m knocking off 2 stars for the rubbish packaging and poor customer service.
