I've been buying this brand for several years and I've already noticed changes in the kibble over the years. But right now, the change is very noticeable: the colour (lighter = less fatty), lots of crumbs (the kibble crumbles), I'm starting to question the current quality. Even my dogs have noticed the difference. I used to be very satisfied, but now much less so.

Hello, I'm used to ordering from you. Up until now, everything has been fine. This time, though, the kibble in both bags is partly crumbled and damp! That's a real shame! Best regards,
