Poor packaging

This is my second order where the bag of product I ordered arrived punctured. The first time, it was bags of chinchilla bath sand. The second time, it’s this bag of chinchilla food. I had already requested compensation but never got any response from you. Very disappointed, so I think I’ll change supplier since you don’t listen to your customers.
