I've been buying it for a while. But with my last order, I sent it back because it was basically just straw.

In the last two orders, the hay has changed and now it's poor quality, often yellow, and my guinea pigs won't eat it. The outer packaging has also changed and it's no longer like the product photo.

The hay isn’t like it used to be, it’s much coarser and yellower now. I’m really not happy with this last order and I won’t be buying it again.
