Rattling frame, or just a dud?

Unfortunately, with every time I assembled or disassembled it, a piece of plastic broke off here and there in various places. Overall, the whole cage is rather unstable, and the screws on the rolling frame keep coming loose, so everything squeaks and feels unsafe. The entrance is much too high for any animal, and even the lightest rabbit makes the plastic ladder bend. Sadly, this is not a high-quality cage, especially for this price. Now, 1½ years after buying it, I’m looking for an alternative.
