Bird's Best Fat Balls without Net

I've bought hundreds of these balls. The last 2 orders (2 x 400 balls) were a nasty surprise. As others have mentioned, instead of balls, the box was mostly filled with crushed pieces. I don't recommend them, I won't be ordering again.

More than half of the fat balls were broken. I won't be ordering these again.

No dumplings arrived, it was just all flour.

The fat balls arrived in terrible condition, 40% of them were crushed, the box doesn't match the product—just a plain box, not even with a Zoohit label, and the plastic packaging was already open. I've been buying fat balls for years, but they've never arrived like this before. I'm totally dissatisfied.

Unfortunately, I really can't recommend these at all 😔. The fat balls are of poor quality, as their texture is very floury. Only about 30% of the balls delivered could actually be used in the holders provided, and even then, two-thirds of them fell to the ground because they're so crumbly. The replacement delivery had the same issues.

The dumplings were loose in a simple cardboard box. They were probably tossed around during shipping, so many of them ended up completely crumbled and very dry. I definitely won’t be ordering them again.

Unfortunately, many of the fat balls were broken, so I can't put them in the ring or the holder. The birds like the fat balls, but making a complaint is rather complicated.

Half of the fat balls turned into loose feed. Maybe the packaging could be improved. It’s understandable that not all of them stay intact during delivery, but almost half crumbling really shouldn’t happen.
