I bought it because of my sick cockatiel who has trouble walking ❤️ and couldn’t keep herself steady on the perch, so it’s a big plus for her to rest. The board is good, but it’s best for attaching to thinner cage bars. One side is smooth and the other is half-rounded with bark. The downside is that over time, the screws or the plastic ring start to loosen and then it’s not very sturdy. Another parrot liked to nibble on the wood bark and managed to pick it off completely 😉
