Kittens favourite!
While it might not be the cheapest, my kitten absolutely LOVES the kitten applaws tins! Each serving that I have given has been finished off in no time at all with no waste, as even the bowl gets properly cleaned off by the kitten trying not to miss any of the food! Really like that Zooplus sell the variety packs. Highly recommend!

You can see the difference eating Applaws makes.
My cats absolutely love these products. They mostly have chicken and pumpkin to help their digestion but they love the tuna flavours too and go crazy for the tuna loin treat.
You can see the difference between this and other cat foods. It gives all three cats a beautiful shiny coat. I can't say how pleased I am with Applaws. Such great value too.

Mackerel and sardine is the favourite
Ocean fish was the favourite until sardine and mackerel was tried. My fussy cats not keen on the other flavours. He loves this wet food so much it is a pleasure sitting watching him eat it. Its worth every penny. He nibbles on hills biscuits aswell. He has one tin of applause each day. The dogs get all excited when he gets it and wait patiently incase they can lick any off his whiskers afterwards. But hes usually licked it all off before them.

Great when trying to hide medication!
One of my kittens was ill recently and had to be given antibiotics which he would not take voluntary. We bought a few tins of this a recommended by our vet to help mask the pills and he was so busy wolfing it down he didn't notice the medication at all. Absolutely loves it. One stay knocked off because of price - we're now having to transition him back to something more affordable for the long term!

Nothing but the best
My Beldaran will eat nothing but fish based wet food currently, and loves all but the tuna and cheese. She's such a fussy kitty that she'll not eat any flakes of tuna unless it's under an inch in size. I'm glad to say that the flakes in each tin are almost perfect with barely a to big a chunk for me to break up. Highly recommend, such good quality and no added nasties.

wonderfull food!
we literally sit and watch out cat devouring his daily tin. It is well worth the money seeing how much he enjoys it. He has hills science plan dried food for his second meal. His current favourite is the sardine and mackerel. Its lovely and juicy! The dogs try to lick any excess off his whiskers afterwards, but he rarely leaves much he washes them quickly to get every bit.

Great
Our two kittens had this for their first month here and it was gone as it hit their bowls, they have a noticeable improvement in their coats and is great alongside the dried food. It is more a pate type consistency and they have seemed to outgrow it as they began teething preferring the adult chicken version.

one of my cats cannot eat this without being sick
Not too sure whether it is the food, but the little one eats everything I offer him - including this food, however, cannot keep it in his stomach so I have stopped feeding it. Tried four times, a shame.

My cat loves it
I bought the salmon 12+ for my cat and she loves it; she cannot seem to get enough of it and cleans her bowl every time she has it, something that does not happen with everything I give her.

best cat food
My British Shorthair keeps a good weight and despite a 'Heart Murmer' diagnosed as a kitten, he is very lively and playful. Loves this food and nothing else I have tried.

Excellent, natural food.
I feed my cats a mixture of natural, real meat foods (such as Applaws) alongside some complete dry food (which I put in the bowl at the same time). Some of the real meat foods are complementary and not complete, so remember to read the labels and make sure you always add some that is marked as 'complete'.
I believe in feeding foods that are not full of highly processed meat by-products and I must say that my cats are in excellent condition! They are of a healthy weight and their skin and fur is excellent (no dandruff). If I were to make one criticism about this product is that it isn't organic, so for non-organic food it's quite expensive. But, saying that, I feel it's one of the best foods on the market.

A Life Saver
Our 5 year old cat recently had pancreatitis and the vet stated no more rich food (in gravy or jelly), but a bland diet - cooked chicken or white fish. Well the cat soon got fed up with this and then I came across Applaws. Wow he just lapped it up and as it is 100% natural, it is most suited to his diet. What a great product.

Real chicken shreds
My kitten loves the shredded chicken fillet, he gets it mixed with kibble. Trots then gallops to his bowl when he sees the can. Very good for a supplementary food. However, there are better value wet food on Zooplus like Cosma (shreds), Feline Porta 21 (shreds) and Alma Nature (pate).

Tasty (aparently) but not a complete food
I give this food to my kitten in conjunction with the Applaws dry kitten food.
She loves the taste and wolfs it down but this is more of a treat as it is not nutritionally complete and will need to be supplemented with another food.
It's really handy to ensure your kitten is getting moisture as dry food on it's own is quite bad for them. I give her one tin (70g) split up throughout the day.
3 Stars because my kitten loves it. 2 knocked off due to not mentioning that it is a treat food on the packaging.

A good tasty treat but not complete.
Applaws is a nice treat that my Norwegian forest cat and Abyssinian really enjoy but both the pouches and tins are not complete . If you look on the back of the tins you will see that the ingredients are pure free range meat with broth and no added vitimans or taurine which is what makes it complementary. If you wanted your cats meals to be complete you could of course feed dry food alongside the applaws.

Top marks all the way
My two kittens were introduced to applaws and they adore it. Never seen such quick eating in all my life. One favours the chicken and one favours the tuna, which sadly I can't get on zooplus for the kitten range. Little disappointed it's not a complete food but I supplement with Lilys Kitchen and Porta 21. All in all brilliant quality food for two very happy kittens. Please please get the kitten tuna tins in :)

The best wet cat food.
Applaws is the only wet food our cats will consistently eat. We have tried other brands just for variety and the cats will only eat them for a week or two so we always end up back on Applaws. In the 4 years since we got our cats I have never had a single tin of Applaws that didn't seem top quality, it is always 100%. We always buy the 24-tin saver packs because they are the best value. The only slight downside to Applaws wet food is that it isn't a 'complete' food so we have to make sure the cats also eat complete dry food too, which can occasionally be difficult. Overall I would recommend Applaws wet food to everyone simply because the cats do love it. A+++

irresistible to hedgehogs
I dunno about kittens, but my hogs LOVE this. My pygmy hedgehogs are a fussy bunch and they all like different things, but they all licked the bowl clean when I offered them some of this. I even managed to trick them into eating some veg that I mixed through it. 1st time all the bowls have been empty in the morning :o). V pleased I bought the 24 pack!

Sachets are complementry, small tins and dry is complete
My cat has been very poorly with hyperthyroid and I looked for a better food after this and finding a piece of metal in a sachet of Whiskers food. She has had radioiodine treatment but has positively thrived on both the treatment and the good food. She looks so healthy after 3 weeks of it, her coat is gleaming and put on much needed weight & muscle. At first I only found the pouches but then discovered they were only complimentary food but when I visited pets at home I found senior complete tins and complete dry food. All my cats LOVE this food and I would highly recommend it.

Brilliant
My 12 week old kitten who is usually a bit cautious of new foods went nuts for this! Ate half a tin straight away. If only it came in bigger tins!
