Good rating: the product and the customer service response from Zooplus. Bad rating for Purina (the original packaging). We received 10 burst packs, some of them looked like they’d been cut with a box cutter. Because of this, when we opened the box, we found mould inside. The box itself didn’t have a single dent on the outside, so Zooplus wasn’t to blame.

I ordered in bulk because my cat is used to these pouches, but the ones from the parcel, my cat won’t eat any of them at all. I find it quite strange since I’m giving him exactly the same pouches I buy in the shop, but nothing works… Even the smell seems identical to me, so I don’t get it.

My cat really likes it, but the problem is that for the third time now we've received a pack with opened pouches. It's not Zoohit's fault, it's an issue with the company that makes it. It's a shame that I'm now worried about ordering again, afraid I'll get the same thing.
