4 x Gourmet Gold Wet Cat Food - 3 + 1 Free! *

For months now, I’ve been receiving mousselines—yes, mousselines so watery they look like vomit. Because I was slow to complain, they keep sending them to me every time. My cats won’t touch them. I’m really disappointed by this behaviour, especially as I’ve been a customer since 2011.

Recently purchased Gurment sachets and cans are left untouched by the cats. The smell after opening is not appealing.

All the cans were damaged, and some even had to be thrown out because they had opened and gone bad. Our cat wouldn't even touch it! This has never happened to me before since I've been ordering cat food from here.

The picture on the product page and the description for Purina Gold Pâté Mix don’t match what was delivered! The description is in various foreign languages – no German labeling or list of ingredients! The little tubs don’t look like the original shown, and you can only guess what you’re actually feeding – not great if your cat has an intolerance! But that worry was sorted because my cat flat-out refused to eat the food! Would’ve been nice to have this info BEFORE ordering! And it smells really strong!

Something happened to the chicken pâté because my cat refuses to eat it, even though she used to love it. What happened to it? What did they change in it?

My cat just looks at the food and walks away! Gourmet Gold Pate is the one I thought I bought because he likes that! But they've changed the product and added Fine!

I don’t know whose fault it is, Zooplus or Gourmet, but this type of food here is rubbish—rancid, badly stored or what? This should be checked. I don’t recommend buying this food here.

The cans are no longer Mousse, they're Feine Pastete which has a different texture. You sell it as Mousse but that's not true, and my cat doesn't like changes. You should change the name. It used to be Mousse and now it's not.

My two cats used to love the tuna variety, but after my last purchase, they won’t touch the food anymore. It even looks a bit different. Such a shame, now I have to look for another alternative and 15 cans of this are going to the animal shelter—hopefully there are cats there who like it.

Attention, these are not the same products as the ones you find in the supermarket. My cats’ favourite tins, yet for several weeks now they’ve refused to eat the ones I bought from Zooplus. I tried giving them nothing else, but they’re losing weight. I bought a large quantity—what a mistake!!

They’re very dry and hard, even when I mash them a bit with a fork, my cats don’t want them. I’ve tried mixing them with other juicier cans and still they won’t eat them. I don’t know if they’re always like this, or if this box is in bad condition??

The stars refer to the description, which unfortunately isn’t accurate. Since I have a cat that only eats pâté, we’ll give this to the little orphans...
