Gourmet Gold has really gone down in quality. My cat turns away in disgust.

The products have gone downhill for some time now. They’re putting pieces of different meat in them. My cat is less and less willing to eat.

The product itself is actually good, but ZooPlus’s service is terrible. Unfortunately, you can only rate the product, not the service, even though that would be useful. I waited weeks for my items, as delivery only succeeded after several attempts. I had to reorder at ZooPlus’s request, and at a higher price. Not to mention how many times I had to call customer service and how many emails I had to send them because of all this.

I once bought Duo Purine in sauce in pouches and my cats really liked it, but they don’t want to eat this product.

For some reason, she refuses to eat the chicken from the last delivery, even though it used to be her favourite. Even the stray tomcat who comes to eat at our place won’t touch the chicken, and he’s a little garbage disposal who’s eaten everything up till now. So something must have changed.

My cats love it, but in some tins the texture is too dry—they just lick the little bit of liquid and leave the rest, so I end up throwing it away.
