Pioneer Pet Magnolia drinking fountain

Do not trust on it. The description is about the fountain. But it’s actually only the filter. I’m very disappointed.

I thought I was purchasing the fountain, but this listing is just for the filter. Very misleading

The name of the item is very misleading. I thought I was actually ordering a drinking fountain, but it turned out to be 3 filters for the fountain. I know it is written at the bottom, but it should be mentioned in the title of the item. Additionally, there should be pictures of the filters, not only a fountain

Only the filters arrived, without the water dispenser.

I've been using the fountain for about a year and I'm not satisfied. 1. The fountain is made up of lots of small parts that you have to clean individually. The water pipe goes several times around a 90-degree bend inside a rigid plastic tube. This makes cleaning very difficult because you can't get a brush around it. 2. If there's not enough water in the fountain, it gets noisy. 3. My tomcats take the fountain apart very quickly because the lid just sits on top of the base. That means you have to tape it down.

Since the item being sold is a filter for the water dispenser, it should be shown in the photos and described in more detail. By showing the dispenser/fountain in the pictures, you are misleading the customer.

Unclear product description! Yes, it says "carbon filters", but for which fountain?? Because the Magnolia fountain itself isn’t available on Zooplus. In the description of these carbon filters, it actually seems to be about the fountain. So I ordered them on a guess and unfortunately, they are indeed just the filters. So these filters are going back, because without the matching fountain I obviously can’t use them, such a shame!
