Perfect and beautiful! My cats love it
I’m so happy with this cat fountain! Not only is it is stylish, but my cats absolutely adore it. They drink more water now, and the sound is incredibly quiet. Highly recommend it for any cat owner.
Broke twice.
Replaced the first fountain after a few months, the second one stopped working as well after a few months.
This is sold with a French plug so an adapter is needed. I suspect it has something to do with that.

Broke after a month :(
It was on sale & ceramic so I decided to upgrade my old plastic mini catit fountain! But my cats did not drink from it and the motor broke after one month!!! Plus, it is quite challenging to clean as the cable has to pass through a part of the fountain that is wet when disassembling... Either the design is really stupid or I am.

Great design, poor quality
The fountain itself is very nicely designed, but I ordered a drinking fountain with a water pump. The pump only worked for about a week before it stopped working altogether. Now I've been in contact with Zooplus for days about this complaint. Instead of helping, they're telling me to take apart a cheap pump from China because there might be limescale, and only then would there be a chance for a solution. No, that's not customer service.

The fountain works whenever it feels like it. When you want to quickly clean it and change your pet’s water, you can be sure that this time it’ll refuse to cooperate. You often have to fiddle around with the cable and plug it in and out of the socket several times just to get it working at all. It works more or less fine for 2 or 3 months, then it’s a disaster. One pump burned out after a month, I bought a replacement pump (for the same price as the whole set) and now the second one is breaking down. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pump Defective

Perfect, my two cats have almost doubled their daily water intake thanks to the fountain. The only thing you need to watch out for is the pump. That’s a bit of a rip-off. After a month it stopped working and a new one is ridiculously expensive. I bought the cheapest tiny pump at the aquarium shop for 230 CZK. It works perfectly – the wire isn’t threaded through the hole, but I honestly don’t care – it does the job and I’m saving a fortune.
