Perfect and beautiful! My cats love it
I’m so happy with this cat fountain! Not only is it is stylish, but my cats absolutely adore it. They drink more water now, and the sound is incredibly quiet. Highly recommend it for any cat owner.
Broke twice.
Replaced the first fountain after a few months, the second one stopped working as well after a few months.
This is sold with a French plug so an adapter is needed. I suspect it has something to do with that.

Broke after a month :(
It was on sale & ceramic so I decided to upgrade my old plastic mini catit fountain! But my cats did not drink from it and the motor broke after one month!!! Plus, it is quite challenging to clean as the cable has to pass through a part of the fountain that is wet when disassembling... Either the design is really stupid or I am.

Pump broke after just 5 months
The fountain itself is fine, our cats accept it. However, the pump broke within five months (the fountain was bought at the beginning of May). When I complained about the fountain, since the defect occurred within the legal warranty period, I was told to completely dismantle the pump and send pictures to customer service. That's an absolute no-go. Customer service is welcome to dismantle my pump themselves, it's definitely not my job.

Nice, but takes some getting used to
My cat loves her Lucky Kitty fountain, but she needs more time to get used to it, and it's quite noisy.

We love it
Good drinking fountain – I clean and descale it every month because the water is hard and the pump gets clogged. I fill another fountain with cleaned/filtered water and you can really see the difference. So, if you want it to last a long time, you have two options: use filtered water or clean it about once a month.

Looks great, but the quality is unfortunately poor
We only bought the fountain recently. At first, everything was great, but now, for the past few days, it's been pumping the water in a weird way and making strange noises we never had before. Even though the fountain is full.

Great Water Fountain!
We've had this type of water fountain ever since we adopted our cats 8 years ago. The ceramic is definitely preferable to plastic or metal and we've been very happy with them, and so are our cats!

Not accepted
No idea why, but the drinking fountain is being avoided. I have a multi-cat household.

Great Fontanka
I have to say, this is our first drinking fountain for our kittens, who have been with us for over two months now, and the fountain is quiet and the kittens got used to it straight away. They come to drink often.
So far, there have been no problems with the fountain's operation. It's great that it can be taken apart and put in the dishwasher.

Great design, poor quality
The fountain itself is very nicely designed, but I ordered a drinking fountain with a water pump. The pump only worked for about a week before it stopped working altogether. Now I've been in contact with Zooplus for days about this complaint. Instead of helping, they're telling me to take apart a cheap pump from China because there might be limescale, and only then would there be a chance for a solution. No, that's not customer service.

only for those with nerves of steel
The fountain works whenever it feels like it. When you want to quickly clean it and change your pet’s water, you can be sure that this time it’ll refuse to cooperate. You often have to fiddle around with the cable and plug it in and out of the socket several times just to get it working at all. It works more or less fine for 2 or 3 months, then it’s a disaster. One pump burned out after a month, I bought a replacement pump (for the same price as the whole set) and now the second one is breaking down. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pump
The pump works terribly. After two months of use, it's completely useless.

Big and noisy
For how little capacity it has, it's way too big and takes up a lot of space. It's awkward to clean and far too noisy.

Actually, not even worth a star!!!
My tomcat loves the fountain... that's the only reason I'm buying the pump for the umpteenth time, which is turning into a real money pit and is extremely annoying. For how long it lasts, the price is just way too high!!!
If only I'd read the reviews beforehand...
I'm really disappointed!!!

Pump Defective
The fountain is quiet and easy to clean, but the pump is made very cheaply, so it needs to be replaced after a few months, which really affects the overall price. We've had the fountain for 4 years and now the 5th pump has broken. The last one was replaced in January (about 6 months ago).
For this reason, the price-performance ratio just isn't right.
I wouldn't buy it again!

Lovely fountain but the pump breaks quickly
Works nicely and the cat drinks from it just fine. But after only 3 months, the pump is already broken. I've heard this happens more often with this type, and it's true. I've had several drinking fountains before, and this is honestly the worst one when it comes to the pump.

Loves their drinking fountain indoors
My cat loves her drinking fountain in the house; she even drinks from it when it's not running! She just loves water! She also has one outside.

Love this fountain, 100,000 times better than plastic. Easy to clean, no corners you can't reach. I ordered a second pump so you can swap them out for descaling – perfect.

Not worth the money
I think this fountain was pretty bad. It was really fiddly to put together and get working. I’ve used it for four days and it’s already broken. It didn’t break because my cat did anything, it just broke while it was standing there. Honestly, I was really disappointed, especially since I just bought it. Other things on this website are really good, but this fountain definitely wasn’t worth the money, in my opinion.
