Trixie ceramic drinking fountain Vital Flow

The fountain itself is fine, our cats accept it. However, the pump broke within five months (the fountain was bought at the beginning of May). When I complained about the fountain, since the defect occurred within the legal warranty period, I was told to completely dismantle the pump and send pictures to customer service. That's an absolute no-go. Customer service is welcome to dismantle my pump themselves, it's definitely not my job.

We only bought the fountain recently. At first, everything was great, but now, for the past few days, it's been pumping the water in a weird way and making strange noises we never had before. Even though the fountain is full.

The fountain works whenever it feels like it. When you want to quickly clean it and change your pet’s water, you can be sure that this time it’ll refuse to cooperate. You often have to fiddle around with the cable and plug it in and out of the socket several times just to get it working at all. It works more or less fine for 2 or 3 months, then it’s a disaster. One pump burned out after a month, I bought a replacement pump (for the same price as the whole set) and now the second one is breaking down. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Works nicely and the cat drinks from it just fine. But after only 3 months, the pump is already broken. I've heard this happens more often with this type, and it's true. I've had several drinking fountains before, and this is honestly the worst one when it comes to the pump.

You almost have to overfill the drinking fountain for the pump to work properly. After just one month, the pump broke. The fountain itself looks nice, but the container should be deeper.

Fountain bought on 29/01 and out of order by 28/03… Pump motor isn’t very durable…
