Modern Living Mochi Drinking Fountain

I don't think it's acceptable that after 6 months the motor has already stopped working. I've taken care of it by washing it every day and descaling it once a month, just like the instructions say.

When you buy the product, it's not clear what you're actually getting. It looks like you're buying the drinker with the accessories (that's what the product title says), but it's just the accessories. I feel cheated.

It was really perfect... and then after barely 5 months it started leaking terribly!! My cat took to it straight away. He's very big and the height was perfect, pretty quiet, large capacity. It's such a shame.

Not completely satisfied with the fountain. It's hard to adjust the flow so that it works well. If it's set to the highest flow, the water splashes outside the fountain. The pump is also very noisy. On the positive side, it holds a large amount of water and is easy to clean. Still considering switching to another water fountain.

We had to return the product because the bottom was leaking.

I love it: It's beautiful, quiet, keeps the water clean, fresh, and moving. IT'S BEEN IN THE HOUSE FOR A MONTH AND NOT ONE OF OUR 4 CATS HAS DRUNK FROM IT YET. WHAT A LETDOWN! They'd rather drink from a muddy puddle than from the Mochi. SUCH A SHAME! Especially since it's so great!

Looks good and is quiet, but it leaks or splashes everything wet. Wouldn’t recommend.

Basically, the fountain is fine and really good for the price, BUT water keeps splashing onto the floor all the time. That’s really annoying. I wouldn’t buy it again.
