It only worked for a very short time. We tried changing the filter, various adjustments, cleaning, etc., but we couldn't get it working again.

The drinking fountain is not recommended at all. The pump barely works, if at all, and hardly any water comes out at the top. The setup of the pump is really strange too. The pump and filter don’t even reach the opening where the water is supposed to come out. We had to improvise and put a stone underneath just to get it working at all. The only positive thing about this drinking fountain is that it looks nice, but it’s completely impractical. It causes more problems than it solves.

The product doesn’t work properly, and it’s a hassle to connect the water pump to the lid so the water comes out of the whale – and this happens every time it needs to be refilled. I have a kitten that drinks a lot, so I have to struggle with it quite often. The design is really cute, but unfortunately, I don’t think it’s worth the trouble.

The product is a bit tricky to get working. The suction cup and the lid don’t quite fit together and don’t reach the bottom, so it’s difficult and takes some time to get the whale to spray. It’s a hassle every time you need to refill it with water.

Fountain unusable because the suction cup on the filter doesn’t stick at all to the “lid”. I wouldn’t recommend it.
