We previously used the same automatic feeder with two bowls and it worked perfectly. Now I bought the single bowl model and it makes weird rattling noises, sometimes no food comes out at all, so it’s really unreliable. It’s only been in use since yesterday. I’ve just contacted customer service, so let’s hope it’s just a faulty unit and the replacement works as it should.

This is pretty much useless. It dispenses the food incorrectly, which results in tiny meals for the cat. I complained and got it replaced with a new one. Unfortunately, it’s just as bad.

Worked great at first, but after just over a month it suddenly started skipping meals or giving the wrong portion sizes for no reason. At first, we didn’t understand why our cat seemed so fussy and hungry until we started keeping an eye on the machine.
