The first few weeks the device worked perfectly, but since then it’s been a disaster. It regularly dispenses way too small a portion (sometimes just a few bits of kibble), only to dump a whole waterfall of kibble at the next feeding time. Sometimes it doesn’t dispense anything at all or the mechanism gets jammed. Because of this, I constantly have to check the bowl to see if everything went right. Not a product to be proud of.
