My cat needed a bit of time to get used to it, but now she uses it perfectly. She has diet kibble. My other cat is greedy and can't eat the kibble anymore.

I've been using feeding bowls from this brand for over a decade now and never had a problem unless it was caused by the user (connection issues due to electromagnetic interference, metal, etc.). I use rechargeable lithium batteries without any issues (definitely give it a try!). Each bowl has indeed been replaced at least once in that time, but isn't that the case with any electronics (motors)? At the moment, I have three very large Maine Coons who have no trouble accessing them.

I’m delighted, despite the investment. I was lucky enough to buy them while they were on offer. I have two cats, one of whom has serious digestive issues and, of course, the other’s food bowl always seems tastier... It was a constant struggle to keep an eye on them, which was becoming impossible. So I bought two bowls and it’s brilliant. The bowls work with each cat’s individual microchip and now there are no more problems.

This is really a great bowl, although in the first few days I doubted my cat would ever get used to it. She’s very timid, so even the slightest movement of the lid at the start of the training really scared her. But in the end, she adapted very well. I use the bowl outside so that the kibble is just for her and doesn’t get eaten by any passing cats. It really makes life so much easier—I should have got one sooner.

I've been using these bowls for 5 years now (I have 3 of them) and they still work just as well. I change the batteries from time to time and they're good to go again.

Excellent product! I have three cats with different diets and these bowls have changed my daily routine. No need to watch over the bowls anymore, each one eats their own portion. They adapted straight away. It’s definitely an investment, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind and being able to keep track of my cats’ weight. I recommend it without hesitation.

This feeder is great in every way. I have four feeders for my four cats and it works perfectly with the app, or you can use it without the app too! I highly recommend this product! =)

I bought the SureFeed Connect without the hub at first because I wanted to get used to the feeder on its own. I got the hub a few weeks later (it’s definitely an investment!). Based on the reviews, I had a few concerns but the setup was easy. The hub is in my living room and the feeder is in the kitchen, about 8 metres apart, and it works well. We’ll see how it holds up over time. Perfect for knowing if and when the cat has eaten. However, don’t rely on the data for grams ingested.

At first, she had to get used to putting her head underneath it—I just left it open for her. That took about a week. Then she kept getting startled by the noise when the flap opened, which also lasted a week. Now she patiently waits until it opens, which is lovely to see. I’m really happy with it. The other two cats keep watching, wondering why it doesn’t open for them. It’s funny to see, haha. I’m thinking about buying one or two more. It’s ideal.
