My cats enjoyed using this however they worked out way too quickly that due to it being so light in weight they could just pull it over and get at the food that way. Fab product but definitely needs to have a heavier base to withstand greedy cats!

Our rescue cat (about 2 years old) figured out how to use this in one minute. On the plus side, he uses it as intended, and doesn't knock it over. On the minus side, I don't think it's much of a challenge for him, but he's one of the smartest cats I've ever had or known. He's also a big (not fat) boy, so he can't push his face into the openings, but a small cat could, I think. It's attractive and easy to clean, but as other reviewers have noted, it needs a heavier base.

It's a pity as I got the 3 toys together in a pack and the only one that is of the most interest is the ball in the track which my moggy loves. I have now passed this item on to the PDSA to see if any other moggy would enjoy!

Initially the cat was intrigued by having to manoeuvre the biscuits out but it was constantly putting her paws on top of the tower which resulted in it always falling over. This is poorly designed in that respect which is a pity as it had the potential to be pretty good otherwise. We gave up after a few days and have passed it on to the cat shelter.

Our eleven month old cat was capable of using the food maze one minute after being introduced to it. She then got frustrated, grabbed hold of one of the edges with her teeth, shook it, and then pulled the maze over and all the biscuits came out. The base needs to be heavier. We have wedged the base with a block of wood and tried tying the maze to something else but she still manages to pull it over. We have gone back to the drawing board.

I have a Bengal who needs constant amusement and she (as usual) figured the whole think out in a few minutes. The only fault with the item is that I put small snacks in which get trapped round the sides, she gets frustrated trying to get them and fairly easily tips the whole thing over. It needs a better design to make it more sturdy so it doesn't tip over. Otherwise a good product.

The design looks great. shame the cat really dont want to eat from it. as the bottom bit where it collects the food is too small for my cats head to get to. so she sort of feel claustrophobic when she eats... (not trying to sound too .....) not a big success

The concept of this product i think is great. I have one fussy eater and one piggy! So i thought it would help slow down my greedy RagaMuffin whose not as bright as my Bengal who sussed it in seconds. It does now mean i can leave food out all the time. The big negative is the huge opening at the top. I dont understand why it needs to be this big. Not only can my dog help himself (so have to keep it on the kitchen worktop, not ideal)but thats exactly what my Bengal does, just eats from the top like a bowl which totally misses the whole point of the product and means while doing so knocks food out the bottom which he leaves for my RagaMuffin to eat so Baloo need not do any work for his supper at all. Feel it could also do with having a further option to increase difficulty for those many clever puss cats out there.
