Fits and holds
I was sceptical when I read the previous reviews, but I didn't have a choice because I can't drill in my walls at home.
I did a bit of diy and used extra supports and cable ties - and now nothing is moving this.

Cat net with clamps
The clamps keep slipping from the railing - they need rubber pads for more grip.
Setup was easy. Within 4 hours it was ready to use.
