SureFlap DualScan Microchip Cat Flap

My cat who is not supposed to be going outside has worked out how to tap the tab down and pull the door towards herself, and escape.

We've been looking for days now because the hatch's post-installation programming isn't working when our cat wants to come in 🤢

I’ve just installed the cat flap. I already had the Hub because I bought the “smart bowl”, which I have to say I was really happy with. However, this system was installed in a newly built house with an A+++ energy rating, and it was very disappointing to discover that there’s no insulation at all. I installed several extension pieces, since my wall is 30cm thick plus the insulation layer. Air gets into the tunnel and comes through the flap. Terrible.
