Cat's Best Original Cat litter

Good thing: natural, flushable and locks the smell really well. Pretty long-lasting. Bad thing: no matter what mat you’re using, it’ll be all around the house: in your bed, on your furniture, deep in carpets, even in wardrobes - wherever your cat has access to. Still haven’t found a better version, though.

This litter is excellent, but it’s disappointing how long Zooplus takes to deliver it to your home.

The clumping ability of this litter varies a LOT from bag to bag, and it tracks all over and cakes the litter tray with dust over time, but it smells pleasant and binds odors really well, and being able to flush it makes it all worth it for me.

Odor-wise, it's good, but it sticks to my cat's feet even with two mats around the litter box. I have to vacuum every day to keep it clean.

Great product , cats are happy with this cat litter and are using with any problems. But the package is not useful. I am always getting broken package where cat litter is spread all over the cardboard and any different items which are inside the box.

Good product, it absorbs pee well but easy spreads at home.

i got it for free and has been using it for a month for my 1 month kitten. it clumps well and mask the urine smell. but not for the feces smell. the small particles stuck to my kitten feet and got all over the house.

Great cat litter, the cats are happy, it clumps nicely and smells like wood. The pieces used to be a bit bigger, so now they spread it around the flat more, but it's still good and much better than the original bentonite one.

Less clumping and more dusty, it gets everywhere in the flat, but always has a pleasant smell. The quality has gone down over time (especially with the larger packs of litter).

It absorbs odours very well and clumps quite a lot, so it's easy to clean up urine. At first it might seem expensive, but if you keep the litter box clean, it lasts a long time, so in the end you actually save money. The only downside is that it's quite light and sticks to their paws, leaving bits around the house.

We've tried lots of natural litters and haven't found any that are completely convincing, but this one is among the better ones. Clumping and odour control are decent. We've had the best results when we mix this litter with a finer-grained one.

I switched from bentonite litter to Cats Best because the bentonite litter was too heavy. My cat lady loves Cats Best. She buries her business really well and there’s no smell of cat toilet at all. I’m only giving 4 stars because it’s quite dusty. I always buy the big 40-litre bag for two litter boxes. When the bag is empty and there’s only a little litter left in the box, I throw out the remaining litter completely and refill with fresh litter.

I discovered this litter two years ago, in 2024, as a foster carer for an association, and so far I’m happy with it and so are my little ones. So I’ll keep ordering from you as long as your prices stay competitive and delivery times are respected.

Have you changed something? I find them less absorbent now.

We chose this litter because of our sick cat, previously we used bentonite and then tofu litter. The tofu is really good but with 4 cats it’s just too expensive. With this litter, it costs half as much as the tofu. It clumps pretty well, but you shouldn’t scoop it out straight away because it falls apart—you need to wait for it to set properly. The smell is a bit odd but at least it doesn’t make dust. That was the main thing for us. The 40L bag is enough for 4 cats for a month.

I've tried different types of litters from Zooplus. I would say this one is still optimal considering everything. I used silicone for about 1–2 years, but then the smell of urine became too much too quickly. It's less dusty than some others. You can also flush it down the toilet, although I don't do that anymore now that I have 3 cats. I just take it to the waste bin in a small bag.

I bought for the first time. I saw good reviews (up until the date I bought, there weren’t any of the bad ones that showed up in June). I bought it because we use cat litter pellets and they’re really expensive... Today I filled the litter boxes with this litter. I’m not sure if I made a good purchase. We bought the biggest bag and yes, there’s a lot of sawdust... For now, my cats used it, they peed... The pee clumped into perfect little balls. You have to put a good amount in the litter box, so far so good.

I have two cats and I've been using this litter for years now. It clumps well and doesn't smell bad. The only downside is that it sticks to their paws and I find it all over the house. However, in a short time the price has gone up by about 10 euros. I find that really absurd and unjustified, and I don't think I'll be buying it again.

I think the litter is really good, the clumps don’t fall apart. The downside is that unfortunately it doesn’t bind odours and quite a bit of it doesn’t stay in the litter tray. Our cats don’t like the included Trinkfein.

The packaging is easy to use and the material absorbs well. I’ve been using this version for a few weeks and I recommend it.

I know the product, there’s way less dust compared to the old one I used for my cats, it’s perfect, no smell and more economical.

I’m very happy with this cat litter because it was recommended to me back then and my cats get on really well with it. Most importantly, it clumps very well and doesn’t smell bad either.
